Powerpac is a licenced Labour Hire company under the Queensland Labour Hire Licencing Regulation 2018 and is proudly an Approved Employer under the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS). The PLS is Australian Federal Government initiative developed to provide employers with solutions to attract and retain low to semi skilled workers. These workers are ethically sourced, recruited and deployed from our provider South Pacific nations. Our provider nations include -Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, Samoa, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Fiji, Tonga and Nauru.
Powerpac has operated since 2010 and originally delivered training in the fields of Agriculture, Tourism, Hospitality and Business, delivering training in the South Pacific from 2011 - 2015. In 2015 Powerpac made the decision to focus on providing labour solutions that resulted in a win win for employers and workers. On average our workers are 22% more productive - they are reliable and loyal and their aims are simple. They will work hard for you, earn money to improve their lives back home and provide you with a long term labour solution. Our workers have 12, 24 or 36 month contracts with Powerpac - NO MORE waking up on Monday mornings to have staff not turning up for shifts (we've all been there, right?).
Powerpac is dedicated to ethically sourcing and recruiting workers specific to your individual business needs. We arrange visas, compulsory health cover, return flights, transfers and accommodation of quality standards. We provide workers with an on arrival generic WHS induction, pay the workers compensation, superannuation and payroll tax. Powerpac takes the pain out of recruiting and retaining workers.
